DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes! We can come to you. We travel throughout the United States to conduct business, but we've even flown to the Ukraine. Favorite cities to work include Boston and New York.
DO YOU TELECOMMUTE?
Yes! Many parts of our job can be done via the phone and the internet. Especially if your company needs follow-up support after your software has been implemented.
HOW DO YOU TRAIN US TO USE OUR NEW SOFTWARE?
We do what works best for you. Usually we do one of two types of training, one-on-one or in a group.
When we train one individual, it may be someone the company has chosen to fill an IT role. Once they're trained, they are able to train the remaining users.
Or we can also train more than one employee by giving group presentations. For example, we have trained IT departments, management, and line employees.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMEONE HAS DIFFICULTY LEARNING?
Usually the transition is smooth. The familiarity of a Microsoft interface creates a comfortable foundation for those who are learning Microsoft Dynamics . Also, most people we teach have experience using similar ERP and CRM programs, so we are building on your existing knowledge.
If someone is having a difficult time getting the hang of software, we can provide individualized coaching as they sit at their own desk and operate the program. Taking the time to help you is our job.
WHAT WILL YOU TEACH ME TO DO?
Examples of popular topics include cutting checks, billing, adding and tracking inventory, accounting journal entries, running reports, accessing data, adding users, changing access rights, creating and deleting a batch, adding transactions, adding customers, changing customer terms, increasing customer credit limits, and creating accounts.
HOW MUCH DOES IMPLEMENTATION COST?
We charge approximately three times the cost of your software to install it, customize your application, and train you.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SUPPORT?
When you purchase Microsoft Dynamics, a one year service contract is required. The service contract is calculated as 20% of your software cost.
IS THERE A BENEFIT TO RENEWING THE MICROSOFT SERVICE CONTRACT AFTER THE FIRST YEAR?
Yes! When you stay current on your Microsoft service contract, besides getting software support, you receive free upgrades to the software you purchase. Many people pay the service contract just to get the free upgrades.
